Fukuro ShinaiAll of our Fukuro Shinai are handmade with thick-walled bamboo grown here in Hawaii and high quality suede leather. The bamboo is completely encased in leather on both ends, so there are no problems with straps or constant slippage. It is secured with a contrasting piece of leather woven into the bag, so when and if your bamboo needs replacing, all you need to do is unweave the handle, and slip the bamboo through the slits in the bag.
