Ordering and Shipping Information

Ordering:
To place an order, fill in the quantity and other options where applicable, and click on the "add to basket" button beneath the item you want. This will add it to your shopping cart.

Upon adding your first item, the shopping cart will ask you for your zip code so that it may calculate your shipping. Your shipping cost and total will be shown below the item list in the shopping cart.

To change quantities or other options in your shopping cart, just change the number in the quantity box or drop downs in the options column, and click the "update" button. Please keep in mind that many items on our site are one of a kind, and therefore only one can be ordered. When you have added all the items you are interested in, click the "checkout" button, and proceed through the checkout steps.

Payment:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. Please indicate your preferred payment method during checkout.

Shipping:
All orders, with the exception of items shipped from Japan, are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and is based on shipping weight. We ship within two business days, unless otherwise stated, or in the case of custom orders. While shipping is usually very reliable, on rare occasions something may go wrong in the handling of a package. While we are happy to help you in any way we can to resolve any problems, we ultimately cannot take responsibility for damage or loss of a package. For expedited or international shipping, please contact us via email.

All items displaying the Japan symbol ship directly from Japan, and must be purchased separately from our regular products. These items are shipped directly to you from Japan via EMS. You may order as many products with the Japan symbol together as you wish (more items will reduce the shipping cost per item). Any other items you would like to order from us must be placed in a separate order. Please note that these items will take several weeks or a month to process, and customized items cannot be returned.

Returns:
Please contact us via email before sending any items back to us so that we may work out the best way to manage your particular situation. Returns will be accepted within 10 business days of receipt. Refunds of shipping costs will be provisory on the reason for the return. Return shipping will be at your own expense. Items must be in new, unused condition.
